This notice explains how La Scogliera processes data sent through contact and booking request forms.
We collect only the data needed to manage the request: name, email, stay dates, number of guests, children under 3 and privacy consent. The email is used only to confirm or reject the booking and is kept until the booking is closed. The site forms do not request marketing or future-contact consent.
Data is used to manage information requests, availability, quotes, booking confirmations or rejections and communications strictly related to the stay.
Booking requests are stored in a minimized form: the email is kept only until the booking is confirmed, rejected, or completed, and then deleted. Technical admin-area cookies are HttpOnly, SameSite Strict and do not contain guest personal data.
The site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies, such as the administrator session cookie used to protect the dashboard. It does not use marketing or profiling cookies, and the admin cookie does not contain name, email, phone or booking details.
